
Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Lead Generation Specialist** to identify, qualify and nurture prospective clients through both inbound and outbound strategies. This role is critical in building a strong sales pipeline by connecting with potential customers and delivering high-quality leads to the sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential clients using tools like **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or similar platforms**:
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals and target audience profiles
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system to track lead progress and sales pipeline health
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new lead opportunities
**What You Bring and Gain**
- **1-3 years** of experience in lead generation, sales development or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse results and optimise strategies
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in **B2B sales**, especially in sectors like **finance or consulting, tech**is a plus
