Job Description
  • Establish and maintain post-delivery governance to ensure compliance and consistent execution across O&M projects.
  • Monitor KPIs focused on operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Coordinate between delivery, finance, operations, and clients; facilitate performance reviews and improvement discussions.
  • Oversee financial tracking, risk identification, and mitigation to support operational continuity.
  • Provide executive reporting with insights on performance, incidents, and resolution outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and cross-team collaboration.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Atleast 3 years of experience in PMO, project governance, or post-delivery operations.
  • Strong understanding of O&M lifecycle, service delivery models, and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with financial oversight, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
