Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. As a brand ambassador, you will represent our company to potential candidates, showcase our culture and values, and partner with leaders to develop talent strategies aligned with business goals. Creativity and operational rigor are essential for attracting top talent and delivering results. This position is open to candidates who have full work eligibility in either Singapore or Tokyo. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC, you will support recruitment needs across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities Identify and document hiring specifications and competencies to create detailed job descriptions and talent acquisition action plans. Implement sourcing strategies that drive talent to open positions and build a robust pipeline at all levels, including diverse talent. Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles, sharing talent across the portfolio. Use social networking and online tools to engage passive talent. Plan and attend internal and external networking events to connect directly with talent. Offer out‑of‑the‑box solutions to talent strategies and keep up to date with new recruiting methods. Partnership & Relationship Management Build strong consultative relationships with HR partners and business leaders to understand priorities and anticipate staffing needs. Develop partnerships with Early Career Programs and Inclusion initiatives. Communicate with hiring teams throughout the recruiting lifecycle, providing market information and realistic expectations. Provide metrics and industry trends to develop creative solutions for hiring managers. Ensure smooth recruiting processes through effective communication and expectation management. Project Management & Mentorship Participate in Talent Acquisition events, including large conferences and onsite networking. Work on project teams focused on process improvement, culture, communication, and development. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a search firm, corporate recruiting, or related industry with a focus on talent acquisition. Fluent in Japanese and English for effective communication with stakeholders across APAC. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and/or SAP. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external partners. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to conceptualize and articulate hiring strategy for complex business groups. Knowledge of current corporate recruiting policies, practices, and industry trends. Multitasking abilities and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment. Detail‑oriented with excellent organization. Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices. Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Strong follow‑up skills and ability to interact with hiring leaders at all levels. Hybrid model: Employees will be required to work from the office at least three days per week, increasing to four days per week starting January 5, 2026. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
