ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to spearhead growth for a software portfolio in Southeast Asia . This is a high-impact, business-building role with a sales cycle typically spanning 6–9 months . This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset , tenacity , and a hunter's instinct —someone who thrives in growing untapped markets and can forge lasting relationships with enterprise decision-makers.
Business Growth & Account Development
- Build and execute account plans from a select list of prospects customers.
- Drive new business in a currently small but rapidly expanding market.
- Expand existing relationships and win new divisions within strategic accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from identifying business needs and creating compelling value propositions to negotiating and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and opportunity tracking.
- Consistently engage with customers to nurture long-term partnerships.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Channel Partners, Resellers, and System Integrators to extend market reach.
- Work in a matrix environment with internal teams, including Sales Specialists, Technical Experts, and Customer Success teams.
THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE:
- Educational Degree in Business or any other fields.
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in PLM, ALM, or SLM solutions.
- Proven success in subscription-based or complex solution sales.
- Strong sales experience in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia is preferred.
