Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Conduct and facilitate code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and design principles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption when appropriate.
  • Contribute to improving engineering processes, tools, and frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
