This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Human Resources Executive – Talent Acquisition at Commit Learning SchoolHouse Pte Ltd, located in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be handling end‑to‑end recruitment to ensure that there are no manpower gaps in the organisation across different departments and centres. Take charge of the recruitment pipeline. Process end‑to‑end recruitment from screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offering and onboarding. Perform high‑volume recruitment. Work with managers and leaders to ensure that the manpower gaps have been addressed. Engage in discussions with HR leaders to improve overall hiring processes. Qualifications 1 year related experience in recruitment/talent acquisition. Interviewing skills. Understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities. Ability to work effectively in an on‑site environment. Diploma in Business or any related fields. Experience in the education industry is a plus .
