Job DescriptionThe Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

UOB's Group Technology & Operations (GTO) Development Programme is designed to groom a future generation of technology specialists and enhance technology-related careers across the GTO division. The programme is meant for fresh graduates without prior technology experience to start a career in the banking industry.
Build your foundation and deepen your specialisation through a 12-month on-the-job and structured training programme, with opportunities to gain valuable real-life working experience with participation in exciting projects undertaken by the Bank.
Programme includes- Structured training for in-demand technology skills such as software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure and platforms; depending on your preferred tracks
- On-the-job training by working on real-projects with experienced mentors
- In-depth industry exposure
