Why the Developer Graduate Programme?

As a Developer, you will design, install, test, and maintain systems, playing a critical role in delivering innovative solutions for clients and customers. You will develop a solid understanding of global markets and finance, working in a dynamic environment that includes technologies like Windows, Unix, C++, Java, C#, NoSql, MongoDB, Linux, Python, Hadoop, scripting languages, grid computing, and real-time systems. Who we are looking for

You should be able to code in at least one language, preferably hold a STEM degree (not essential), and have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2. A strong interest in technology, a drive to solve financial challenges, and ambition to innovate are desirable qualities.

Purpose of the role

Design, develop, and improve software using engineering methodologies to support our business, platform, and technology needs.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and performant software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Follow secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect data.
  • Implement unit tests to ensure code reliability and quality.
