HealthTech Associate Programme (HAP)Our graduate programme offers a holistic experience to develop technical, professional, and soft skills. Through HAP, you'll engage in challenging projects, on-the-job learning, online classroom training, and a structured development framework to advance your career. We are currently recruiting System Engineers for our Jan/Feb 2026 intake. Note: Please apply for your most preferred role within our HealthTech Associate Programme. Systems Engineer As a systems engineer, you will ensure the optimal performance and availability of end-user computing infrastructure services. You will support and implement desktop, hardware, and software solutions for Singapore Healthcare staff. In This Role You Will Provide IT Support Provide technical support to users Monitor system performance Evaluate and recommend hardware/software solutions Update users on support ticket progress Manage vendors per contracts and statements of work Maintain Systems Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for technology management Perform routine maintenance to prevent or detect faults Research new technologies as needed Assist with Incident Resolution Respond to user complaints Identify and troubleshoot issues Escalate problems as necessary Log incidents in the problem management system About You Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Graduating Dec 2025Knowledge of Windows OS, Service Desk management, Antivirus, and Patch management Adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Leadership qualities with good communication skills ITIL certification (preferred)Passionate about re-imagining the future of HealthTech Additional Details Seniority level: Internship Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals can double your chances of interviewing at Synapxe.
