Position: Sr Executive Department: Business Office Job Description We are looking for Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is essential in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, supporting system-related issue resolution, and driving process improvements. Job Responsibilities Oversee the enquiry /collection counter, ensuring efficient operations and customer service Oversee daily collection reconciliations, identifying and ensuring discrepancies are resolved promptly Ensure bank reconciliations are accurate and outstanding items are cleared in a timely manner Liaise with Accounts Receivable Shared Services to ensure timely and proper recoveries Review and approve waivers in accordance with policies and guidelines Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operations and collection Prepare, analyse, and present management reports to support financial decision-making Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting Provide training and guidance to staff on financial processes and system usage. Work with IT and system vendors to resolve issues, test and implement system enhancements Requirements Competency Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and management skills Ability to work independently while ensuring adherence to financial controls and policies Educational and Professional Requirements Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proficiency in financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance About IMH The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore, established in 1928, is a premier 2,000-bed psychiatric hospital nestled in Buangkok Green Medical Park, providing comprehensive mental health services across 50 inpatient wards and 7 outpatient clinics, while also playing a pivotal role in training the next generation of mental health professionals through the NHG-AHPL Residency Programme and collaborations with local academic institutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
