This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B tech sales who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients through outbound strategies (cold calling, networking, referrals, events, etc.).
  • Understand client business challenges and propose tailored tech solutions (e.g., SaaS, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity).
  • Deliver engaging product pitches and solution presentations to decision-makers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to drive client success.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition, hunter mindset, consistent top-performer or above-quota achiever.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and pipeline discipline.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, IT, or related field preferred.

Preferred:

  • Existing network of SME or enterprise contacts in Singapore and/or Malaysia market.
  • Experience selling to C-level or IT decision-makers.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growth or startup environment is a plus.
