
Solution Sales Manager

**Job Purpose**:
The Solution Sales Manager is the main interface between the Company's Customers and Suppliers including the end customer of the Partner. The Solution Sales Manager is responsible for business expansion & execution of the suppliers' strategy. The Solution Sales Manager is responsible for the complete sales cycle with an aim to maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profits and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization, partners and end customers. This role involves building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales through a problem-solving approach. They bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client requirements, often working with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create, Develop and implement supplier and vendor specific initiatives.
- Understanding a client's specific needs and tailoring solutions Identify client pain points and business challenges through in-depth discussions and analysis
- Channel Partner and Vendor engagement
- Execution - Solutioning Sales and Engagement
- Operational excellence - Business Development, Solution Creation and Presentation
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- 8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience is required.
