Marketing Manager （Private Banking）

Job Description Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute client events, seminars, and networking sessions to enhance client relationships and brand presence. Marketing Collateral Development: Design, develop, and manage marketing materials (brochures, pitchbooks, newsletters, digital content) to support private banking business development and client engagement. Monitor market trends and peer activities, develop departmental business plans in alignment with strategies set by the head office and the branch. Process and perform analysis on business data, deliver reports and relevant materials to support decision-making. Establish referral mechanisms with external parties to facilitate client acquisition. Collaborate with overseas branches and group institutions to deliver targeted training and enhance internal referral networks. Liaise and coordinate with the head office to ensure effective communication. Develop client marketing activity plans, coordinate and host marketing events with external partners. Organize and lead front office business management meetings to support business goal attainment. Develop and implement performance evaluation framework for front office staff, manage incentive calculation and ensure timely disbursement. Undertake other duties as assigned by superiors. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in private banking, wealth management, or high‑end financial marketing. Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills. Creative mindset with solid knowledge of branding, content creation, and digital marketing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
