Are you a visionary leader with a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence Were seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead our team in Singapore, oversee daily operations, and deliver long-term value to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and logistics
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Build and manage high-performing teams and foster a positive company culture
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company in external partnerships, negotiations, and strategic alliances
Requirements
  • Based in Singapore with valid work authorization
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in senior leadership roles
  • Strong background in operations, strategy, team leadership, and financial oversight
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling businesses
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in (your industry: e.g. eCommerce, Manufacturing, Logistics, F&B, Tech, etc.)
  • Familiarity with regional (APAC) or global markets
  • Strong network within the Singaporean and Southeast Asian business community
