Benefits & Location Working Location: 158 Kallang Way, #03-05 (Singapore, ) Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm) Salary Range: $3,000.00 - $4,800.00 Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits) Job Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts Prepare and process employee expense reimbursements and petty cash Assist with bank reconciliation and update audit schedules Monthly closing of AP, AR accounts and reconciliation with vendors’ statements Assist in other accounting duties as assigned Responsible for daily claim processing and submission of government claims in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal deadlines. Updating of weekly claim reports for management Requirements Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles. Knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance in Singapore. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Meticulous, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines Able to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
