The current range of specialisations covers diverse areas such as digital growth and innovation, data analytics for business, omnichannel sales and marketing, with the potential for additional tracks to be introduced in the future.
ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven B2B Sales Lead to take ownership of sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue targets for RISE for Business. This role leads the entire B2B Sales & Account Management team, driving learner acquisition, corporate partnerships, and business growth. The ideal candidate must have strong strategic thinking, a deep understanding of sales levers for growth, and at least 10 years of B2B sales experience.
You will own the sales numbers and be accountable for driving revenue and hitting ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the B2B sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Own the entire sales pipeline and revenue targets, driving accountability across the team.
- Identify and pull the right levers to unlock growth, including partnerships and optimized sales processes.
- Manage and lead the B2B Sales & Account Management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive team success by sharpening sales pitches, refining messaging, and elevating execution.
- Conduct sales coaching and training, ensuring best practices in consultative selling and client engagement.
- Oversee lead generation, deal conversion, and account expansion.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, corporate decision-makers, and SME partners.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing client portfolios.
- Represent RISE for Business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand partnerships.
- Implement data-driven sales tracking to monitor performance, optimize conversion rates, and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Gather market insights and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and drive business outcomes.
- More than 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and managing sales teams.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and scaling sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinking – ability to identify key levers for business growth and execute effectively.
- Experience selling to SMEs and corporate clients in Singapore, with deep insight into their decision-making processes.
- High accountability and ownership of sales targets – must be comfortable driving numbers and ensuring team performance.
- Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to refine messaging and optimize sales execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Note: This role is a one-year contract role with renewal possibilities and requires the person to be physically located in Singapore.
