With our expansion accelerating, we are seeking a Business Development Director to lead strategic partnerships, drive market growth, and develop commercial use cases, particularly in sectors like F&B, retail, and last-mile logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business expansion plans across Singapore and ASEAN
  • Identify and onboard B2B clients (e.g., food & beverage chains, cold chain distributors, e-commerce platforms)
  • Build strategic alliances with government agencies, logistics partners, and potential parties
  • Launch and scale commercial vehicle applications in real-world scenarios (e.g., last-mile, cold chain, franchise delivery)
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation, from fleet trials to financing and aftersales support
  • Lead and mentor the business development team toward measurable growth targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial strategy
  • Proven leadership experience as a founder, chairman, or senior executive in F&B, retail, logistics, or mobility sectors
  • Strong understanding of regional logistics networks, supply chain, or franchise models
  • Excellent deal-making, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and shaping the future of urban logistics
