Overview

TikTok LIVE - Content Quality Assurance Specialist (English Speaking)

The Livestream Team creates real-time interactive content and provides value to the ecosystem by offering users a unique consumption experience and enabling direct fan interaction with authors. The LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team seeks a sharp Content Quality Assurance Specialist for the English community market to help create a better space for content creators and users. You will review TikTok Live content and enforce policy decisions related to content, handling sensitive, complex user-facing issues to protect the platform and keep users safe. The successful applicant will have a track record of effective communication and collaboration with employees and leadership at all levels to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderated content and quality assurance.
  2. Perform thorough data analysis, summarize findings, feedback problems, handle necessary escalation, and produce quality inspection reports.
  3. Work closely with other departments to respond promptly to operation needs.
  4. Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimize processes and the system platform.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or above with relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.
    • Fluent English; coverage of the English market is required.
    • Proficiency with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
    • Strong learning ability and cross-department communication and collaboration skills; overseas work/training is a plus.
  2. Preferred Qualifications
    • Proven data processing and data analysis capabilities.
    • Experience in technology or BPO sectors.
