Overview

TikTok LIVE - Global Content Quality Assurance Specialist - Japanese Speaking

Responsibilities
  • Monitor international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderated content and quality assurance.
  • Perform thorough data analysis, summarize findings, provide feedback on problems, and handle necessary escalation; produce a quality inspection report.
  • Work closely with other departments to respond promptly to operational needs.
  • Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, with two years of relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential, as you will review external Japanese language content.
  • Proficiency with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data processing and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience within technology or BPO sectors.
