Responsibilities

• TikTok will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require TikTok's sponsorship of a visa.
• We are looking for an HRBP to join the TikTok LIVE team and support the LIVE business by bringing in industry and technology expertise to power new business growth.
• Partner with your assigned business unit(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
• Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, including talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
• Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and other HR teams to implement solutions.
• Drive employee engagement agenda for the employees in your business unit(s).
• Be the ambassador of TikTok organizational culture. Plan and implement organizational cultural activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in a high-growth company.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs.
• Demonstrated progression and increased scope in matrix, high-growth organizations.
• Deep business acumen and the executional know-how of building and growing businesses through the ongoing development and support of its people.
• BA/BS degree required.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting and working in a Tech Business environment is preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management preferred; certifications and course work in specific areas of HR expertise a plus, including coaching certifications.
