You have at least five years of experience in coaching, training, or financial education, and your approach is practical, empathetic, and empowering. You excel at demystifying complex financial concepts, breaking them down into clear, actionable steps. You stay informed about the latest trends in personal finance, budgeting, debt management, and financial planning, ensuring your advice is always relevant and up-to-date.

About The Role

We are building a global network of experienced freelance trainers, coaches, and consultants for specific corporate training projects. We are looking for people with a deep passion for sharing knowledge and developing others.

You are naturally outgoing, well-organized, and a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You are highly empathetic, comfortable coaching and inspiring our students and team members. You will join a global team of instructors, trainers, program managers, coaches, and community managers.

You should have a solid understanding of your field of expertise and extensive experience as an instructor, trainer, or coach. You have a deep passion for learning with significant real-world experience.

Your role will be to deliver workshops, training, and learning programs through live online sessions or in-person delivery in your local market, supporting learners to gain skills for their careers.

Above all, you have a great attitude and love working with and supporting people.

Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Prepare and deliver an exceptional learning experience, using an active, project-based learning approach.
• Build, refine, and update the learners' syllabus and curriculum, including learning materials, projects, assignments, and assessments.
• Develop courseware, supplemental written materials, and learning content to ensure effective skill acquisition.
• Provide 1-on-1 coaching to learners, usually online via Zoom, offering compassionate, constructive feedback and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
• Contribute actively to our global community and collaborate effectively with team members.
