Overview

Associate/ Senior Associate - Local Fulfilment, Regional Cross Border at Shopee . The Cross Border team empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region, providing enabling services such as cross-border logistics, operations, payments, product-related services, overseas warehouse fulfilment and business intelligence. The Local Fulfilment (CBLF) team provides overseas sellers with flexible, affordable and seamless warehouse solutions in buyers' markets. The team's key objectives are to expand the adoption of the Local Fulfillment model and drive business growth through close collaboration across functions and markets.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall country performance of assigned markets for CB Local fulfilment business
  • Analyse and optimise the performance of local fulfilment business, identifying key factors driving success and overcoming bottlenecks in each country
  • Spearhead business growth initiatives by leveraging strategic insights and a data-driven approach, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-border teams to execute plans and achieve growth objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to influence and assist the senior management team to make strategic business decisions through detailed problem statements and data analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports through the consolidation and analysis of business updates and trends from discussions with regional and local teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Min 2 years of experience in e-Commerce, marketplace, business planning, or related fields
  • Self-starter with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Strong team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional analytical skills, adept at structured and methodical problem-solving
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, fostering positive relationships with all parties involved
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills to handle complex tasks efficiently
  • Enthusiastic interest in the e-commerce industry, with a penchant for working with numbers
