Pagos seeks an EM Rates and FX Portfolio Manager. Based in Singapore, running a portable pod focused on Asia EM rates and FX. The mandate requires proven alpha in liquid EM instruments, disciplined risk, and execution that scales in Singapore markets.

Mandate

  • Instruments: IRS, NDS, govies, bond futures, FX spot and forwards, options, XCCY basis.
  • Style: discretionary with systematic screens or systematic RV with human oversight.
  • Horizon: days to months. Intraday accepted only with proven capacity and live controls.
  • Overlays: limited G10 rates and FX to hedge or diversify EM risk.

Prerequisite Requirements

  • 3-5 years verifiable net PnL in EM rates and FX at relevant capital, including peak-to-trough drawdowns and recovery times.
  • 3-5 months managing a book ≥$100 mm gross with live Sharpe figures
  • IP ownership or transferable rights sufficient to run the strategy on a standard platform stack.

Seat needs

  • Light infra using standard vendor data, broker connectivity, and risk tooling with minimal quant support.
  • Day one seat plan with any incremental data or headcount tied to capacity.

Preferred edge

  • Asia EM curve, RV, basis, and FX options expertise.
  • Options usage for hedging and event risk.
  • Prior pod experience with book-level PnL ownership.
  • Established Singapore broker and venue access.

Compensation & Economics

Seven-figure upside through uncapped pod-level PnL participation; full healthcare, benefits, and PTO.
