DESCRIPTION As an Artist & Talent Manager at WILD Group, you will oversee a portfolio of artists and/or talents, driving their professional growth and maximizing their brand opportunities. Your role is primarily focused on talent development, brand partnerships, and client liaison. You will play a key role in fostering relationships with talent, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of branded campaigns. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and industry expertise to enhance talent success while aligning with WILD Group’s business objectives. The duties and responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive and are subject to change. Your manager may assign additional tasks as necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary point of contact for assigned talent, managing their professional growth, opportunities, and industry relationships. Maintain a minimum number of active talents/artists under management, as set by the company. If this number falls below the threshold, it will be your responsibility to proactively identify, source, and onboard new talent. Negotiate favorable terms for collaborations, partnerships, endorsements, and other professional engagements on behalf of talent. Oversee the execution of branded campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives while maintaining the talent's creative integrity. Support talent in optimizing their content strategy, social media presence, and audience engagement. Develop long-term strategies to maximize talent potential across digital, live, and media platforms. Manage talent calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of shoots, events, and other professional commitments. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including brands, agencies, PR firms, and production teams. Communicate with media, PR, and commercial contacts to manage inquiries on behalf of talent efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and the evolving creator economy to leverage new opportunities. Address challenges or disagreements professionally, ensuring win-win solutions for all parties involved. IDEAL CANDIDATE Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, with proven experience in artist/talent management or an agency environment. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the influencer and entertainment industry, including social media trends and brand partnerships. Negotiation & Sales Skills: Hands-on experience with contract negotiation and brand deal structuring. Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with talent and industry stakeholders. Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines. Tech & Marketing Proficiency: Knowledge of SEO, social media best practices, and CRM software (preferred). Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Adaptability & Initiative: Fast learner, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for talent growth and the entertainment industry.
