Role Description This part-time Talent Manager / Agent role is located in Singapore with the flexibility for some work from home, making it a hybrid role. The Talent Manager / Agent will be responsible for managing relationships with talent, discovering new talent, negotiating contracts, and coordinating casting opportunities. They will also assist in developing creative marketing strategies and manage logistical aspects of talent engagements. As a Talent Manager/Agent , you’ll lead day-to-day representation for a curated roster—securing briefs, negotiating deals, and guiding long-term careers. You’ll collaborate with our Creative and Casting divisions to turn opportunities into career-defining wins . Role Description Represent & grow a roster: strategy, positioning, and career roadmaps Pitch & negotiate : fees, usage, exclusivity, and contract terms Run campaigns end-to-end : scopes, timelines, deliverables, approvals, reporting Pipeline ownership : manage inbound leads, prospect proactively, keep CRM immaculate Creative partnership : shape concepts, treatments, self-tapes, and content angles that win On-ground support (as needed): shoots, events, fittings; capture BTS and ensure smooth delivery Industry intel : track platform trends (TikTok/IG/YouTube), rates, and best practices Compliance & care : accurate contracts, clear usage/licensing, premium comms You'll thrive here if you have Proven talent management experience (creator/artist/performer) Strongdeal-making instincts (rates, usage, whitelisting/boosting) Polishedclient & talent comms ; calm under pressure; meticulous follow-through Operational discipline : clean pipelines, crisp timelines, airtight documentation Platform fluency acrossTikTok, Instagram, YouTube Working knowledge ofGoogle Workspace, Monday.com, Syngency (or similar) Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends (shoots, events) What makes JRM Group different and why you will love it High-velocity growth: Be part of a companyexpanding rapidly across APAC your role grows with us.
