About The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the end-to-end talent management framework, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify future talent needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Lead the design and rollout of leadership development programs and initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management best practices, providing guidance and support to HR business partners and line managers.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that talent strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and promote a culture of high performance and growth.
Skills And Experience Required

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a specialized talent management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent management frameworks and programs in a large, complex organization.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and influence business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • A strong understanding of talent trends and a passion for developing people.
