Job Responsibilities Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, internal mobility, off‑boarding, visa applications, letter issuance, and reference checks. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies, acting as the go‑to expert for HR‑related inquiries regarding local practices, HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to drive efficiency within HR operations. Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organisational goals. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and documentation within HR systems and databases. Generate reports and analyse HR metrics to support strategic decision‑making and identify trends. Coordinate HR system migrations to ensure smooth transitions and data integrity throughout the process. Support HR vendor management by evaluating and liaising with external partners to ensure service delivery aligns with organisational needs. Collaborate with vendors for effective execution of HR initiatives. Mentor and check the work of junior HR staff, providing guidance and support on HR best practices and operational tasks. Take ownership of other HR related admin projects and events as assigned. Job Requirements Tertiary education in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines; At least 3–5 years experience in HR Operations, preferably with prior experience in the crypto industry; Regional HR experience of China, Hong Kong & Singapore will be advantageous. Well‑versed with the Employment Ordinance and other related legislations; Strong communication skills with a flexible and approachable attitude; Strong problem solver with a commitment to tackle problems with a positive and logical manner; Proactive, responsible, well‑organised, and strong team player; Proficiency in Google Suites, MS Office applications including Excel and HR systems; Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must, due to the need to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
