Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Operations Senior Executive to join our HR team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily office management, HR operations, Recruitment and providing basic IT support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats across office management, HR, and IT coordination functions. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage end-to-end HR administration processes including office management, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Support HR data management, HRIS updates, and monthly reporting for headcount and manpower planning. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with manpower planning. Post and manage job advertisements, track recruitment metrics, and drive process improvement in candidate experience. Support onboarding for new hires — including offer generation, pre-employment documentation, and orientation coordination. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, festive celebrations, and wellness programs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive culture-building programs that strengthen collaboration and belonging. Gather employee feedback and support HRBP in developing engagement action plans. Others Participate in HR projects, audits, and process enhancement initiatives. Support internal communications and HR events. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment. Strong understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
