In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing the top IT talent in Vietnam to build a pipeline of key future employees. You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, working closely with HQ HR and senior leadership to define position requirements, craft job descriptions, and enhance the recruitment process. Additionally, you will manage our online presence, collaborate with external agencies, and control the hiring budget in coordination with the Finance Department. You will also play a pivotal role in establishing the HR system for our Vietnamese corporation.The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of practical experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, evaluation, compensation, and discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in tech recruiting is required, along with a university degree in HR, Business, or related fields. You should have a proven track record as a Talent Acquisition specialist in the IT industry, exceptional interviewing skills, and proficiency in English and Korean.
