Job Description
As part of the HR Shared Services function, the Employee Experience team at Scoot is responsible for creating a workplace that reflects the company's mission, vision, and values. The team focuses on building meaningful connections, supporting the workforce, delivering seamless tools and technology, and fostering enthusiasm for the work.
Summary
The Employee Experience Specialist supports Flight and Cabin Crew Operations and other employee categories throughout their lifecycle, from preboarding to offboarding. This role aims to deliver a best-in-class employee experience and manage various HR and administrative tasks within a dynamic HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding to offboarding processes for Flight and Cabin Crew.
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related queries from Flight and Cabin Crew, ensuring excellent support throughout lifecycle events.
- Maintain data accuracy in HR systems, including personal information, leave, bonuses, and salary adjustments.
- Collaborate with Finance Payroll, Business Partners, and other HR specialists to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience.
- Support other HR activities as needed.
Skills/Experience/Competencies Required
- Passion for HR and people.
- Degree in relevant HR fields preferred.
- 3-4 years of HR-related experience.
- Strong knowledge of government and statutory regulations.
- Experience in delivering excellent employee experience and process improvements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, resourceful, self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Enjoys a fun yet driven work environment.
- Interest in aviation is a plus.
