Building and nurturing strong customer relationships will be at the core of your role. Your daily activities will involve conducting live demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, addressing customer queries, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to devise impactful sales strategies.To excel in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in technical sales and sales techniques. Your exceptional communication and customer service skills will be crucial in effectively engaging with customers. Technical support expertise is essential to assist customers with any product-related inquiries. Your ability to grasp and articulate complex technical concepts in a simple manner will be highly beneficial. Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial sector is preferred.
