This permanent, full-time position offers a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role provides a competitive salary package, including a basic salary, HP allowance, and performance-based bonus, making it a great opportunity for those seeking both stability and growth in the construction industry. What You\'ll Be Doing Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, petty cash, and journal entries. Prepare and ensure proper documentation for supplier and subcontractor payments. Assist in the preparation of progress claims, client invoices, and follow up on outstanding collections. Support the month-end closing process, perform bank reconciliations, and assist in generating financial reports. Maintain accurate records of accounting documents and ensure proper filing of audit materials. Assist with GST submissions and collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and banks when required. Handle office administrative responsibilities, such as managing office supplies, utilities, and service contracts. Provide administrative support to the project and design teams, including scheduling meetings for managers and directors. Assist with recruitment tasks such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination. Manage employee records, process payroll, and oversee CPF submissions, leave, and attendance.
