OverviewContent Creation & Management, Campaign Planning & Management, Community Engagement & Customer Service, Event Support, Administrative & Reporting — all focused on promoting shows, entertainment events and Marina Bay Sands as a destination.
Responsibilities- Content Creation & Management
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to the entertainment portfolio across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with departments (Property Marketing, Brand, Entertainment, etc.) to create compelling content (reels, images, copy captions) across shows, Special Events and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Produce multimedia content such as images, videos and graphics that showcase our Entertainment and Event offerings, and our Masterbrand experience.
- Ensure conformance of social media content to Marina Bay Sands brand guidelines and aesthetics, while ensuring creative visuals elevate audience excitement.
- Campaign Planning & Management
- Work with relevant teams to plan, execute and optimise social media campaigns to promote shows, entertainment events, and Marina Bay Sands as a destination.
- Utilise social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing, entertainment and hospitality industries.
- Community Engagement & Customer Service
- Assist to build an engaged social media community through active engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, fans, and industry partners to expand reach and influence through post engagement.
- Provide monitoring support after office hours; 6pm-12am weekdays and throughout weekends (on schedule rotation).
- Collate TripAdvisor/Google reviews and provide weekly reports to internal stakeholders.
- Event Support
- Provide live coverage for events, for example: Show premiere nights, private events, etc. via Instagram Stories.
- Produce post-event Reels and content in a timely manner.
- Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on Social Media performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to Social Media management.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Has at least 2 years of working experience in social media management for a key brand or agency.
- Experience working with social media management and analytic tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, etc).
- Experience with content production to support social media shoots, with professional photography and videography equipment.
- Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills – for both internal communication and social copywriting.
- Strong team player who can work across teams to ideate, and able to work independently to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, strong planning and organisational skills, and good interpersonal interaction.
- Meet the working hours requirements of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and willing to adapt to ever-changing trends and evolving business environment.
