We are currently partnering with a leading FMCG organization to recruit a Rewards Manager . The successful candidate will help design a progressive rewards framework that not only ensures market competitiveness and compliance but also drives organizational effectiveness and long‑term value. Your Key Responsibilities Oversee the design, enhancement, and implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks that support organizational goals. Introduce forward-thinking and data-informed approaches to ensure programs remain competitive and relevant to a diverse workforce. Partner with cross-functional leaders to align people and business priorities, balancing strategic intent with operational practicality. Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and adherence to governance standards. Maintain a strong understanding of employment and market trends to guide decision-making and ensure compliance. Drive communication and engagement efforts that enhance employee understanding and appreciation of the overall rewards proposition. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 7 years of relevant experience in total rewards, C&B, or HR operations, gained through progressive HR experience. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to balance multiple priorities and perspectives. Skilled in data interpretation, market benchmarking, and deriving insights that inform strategy. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach. Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP) or similar tools. Good understanding of Singapore employment laws; experience with expatriate management is preferred.
