OverviewThe Vice President of ERP Sales is responsible for leading the ERP sales division, developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves overseeing the sales team, setting performance goals, and ensuring targets are met. The VP will work closely with key clients and industry partners, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaboration with marketing, product development, and customer service teams is essential to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and managing the ERP sales team to achieve targets and growth.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales objectives.
- Monitoring sales performance, providing guidance, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Reporting on sales progress and contributing to company performance metrics.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in ERP sales, with at least 5 years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of ERP solutions, sales processes, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving revenue goals.
