Role Description

We are looking for a creative, bilingual (Mandarin & English) Social Media & Marketing Manager to develop and manage our social media strategy, with a focus on Instagram and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mental health, maternal wellness, and digital storytelling, who can create engaging content that resonates with both English- and Mandarin-speaking audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn .
  • Create engaging, visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, videos) in both English and Mandarin .
  • Write clear, compelling captions and marketing copy optimized for engagement and SEO.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting aligned with brand campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics , preparing monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Respond to comments and messages to foster an active, supportive online community .
  • Collaborate with the team to promote workshops, webinars, and mental wellness programs .
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in healthcare, wellness, and mental health marketing.
Qualifications
  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
  • Prior experience in the health or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
