UOI is a member of the UOB Group and is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Underwriter Lead located in Singapore. As a Business Underwriter Lead for commercial lines, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, underwriting quality and mentorship of the team members. You will contribute to new initiatives across the distribution channels, support product and proposition creation and development, create opportunities to deliver commercial line products to new customer segments, conduct underwriting training, and analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify business growth opportunities.
