Corporate Call Centre Working hours: Rotational shift, Mon – Sun Working days: 4 weekdays 1 weekend Shift Pattern: 8:30am to 5:30pm 8:45am to 5:45pm 10:30am to 7:30pm 11:30am to 8:30pm Location: Changi / Jurong East Salary: $2,700 - 3,600 (Depending on experience) Duration: 6 months (Renewable / convertible) Training will be provided Responsibilities Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional enquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer requests. Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services. Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests. Able to multi-task while speaking to customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment. To consistently meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery. To adhere to professional standards of behavior & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow colleagues. Requirements Min. GCE 'O' Level / Higher Nitec and above.
