Relationship Manager, Group Corporate Banking

The role focuses on working with stakeholders and overseas colleagues to grow and manage a portfolio of large corporate clients. The key performance indicators are client acquisitions, revenue growth, execution of strategic initiatives, and achieving Group Corporate Banking's budget deliverables.

• Establish good banking relationships and grow and manage a portfolio of large corporate clients headquartered in Singapore, China and Taiwan.
• Drive and foster strong internal partnerships and coordinate with other stakeholders to address key business challenges and opportunities locally and across regions to garner new business opportunities, cross-border transactions and engagements.
• Manage day-to-day account operations and cross-sell Bank's products and services.
• Prepare regular/ad-hoc management presentation decks for strategic alignment and to provide performance updates on the portfolio.

• Holder of a University Degree from a recognized university.
• More than 8 years of related work experience, preferably in roles serving large corporate clients in corporate banking. Experience in cross-border transactions, supply chain management (FSCM) solutions, loan syndication, and cash management is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English, with strong presentation skills.
• A highly motivated team player with strong collaborative skills and initiative.
