Overview HR Specialist (Up $5000 / Recruitment Related/ Biotechnology) at Manpower Singapore. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and background checks. Oversee onboarding and orientation, ensuring smooth integration and policy understanding. Build and maintain an excellent talent pool aligned with company needs. Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Organize onboarding training and ongoing professional development initiatives. Conduct offboarding interviews and manage clearance procedures. Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws. Administer performance reviews, provide feedback, and support performance improvement plans. Maintain accurate employee records including attendance and benefits enrollment. Generate HR reports on key metrics such as turnover and recruitment effectiveness. Update employee handbooks and monitor changes in employment law, advising management accordingly. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Familiarity with HR software such as QuickHR and payroll systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Comfortable using technology for inventory tracking and record keeping. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
