The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering our client, a well-known Tech MNC.

The Talent
  • 7+ years of experience in internal and/or executive communications within large, global organizations
  • Strong writing and editorial skills; ability to create engaging, audience-specific content
  • Proven track record of managing communications across diverse geographies, time zones, and cultures
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and navigating change communications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable advising stakeholders, building alignment, and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Understanding of communication needs in operational or field-based environments; experience in power/energy or data center sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field required
Job Description
  • Refine and lead the internal communications strategy for Global Operations, ensuring alignment with company culture, values, and priorities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape key messaging, support change initiatives, and foster employee engagement
  • Develop and manage communications plans and content including leadership updates, newsletters, intranet stories, and event scripts
  • Manage regular cadence of communications, including global all-hands meetings, town halls, and localized content for regional teams
  • Act as a strategic advisor during sensitive transitions, organizational changes, or crisis communications
  • Optimize internal channels for message distribution and employee connection across geographies
  • Support the governance of content and branding across all communications materials
