Are you ready to dive deep into the world of paid media and advertising analytics? We're seeking analytical minds to join our dynamic digital team as Media Executives, where you'll drive performance across our diverse portfolio of travel, consumer, and corporate clients. If you have 0-2 years of experience and a passion for numbers, optimization, and media strategy, this role is your perfect entry point into the exciting world of performance marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive paid media campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display, and emerging platforms
  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to inform media strategy and identify new opportunities
  • Develop detailed media plans with clear KPIs, budget allocation, and performance benchmarks aligned with client objectives
  • Execute advanced audience segmentation and targeting strategies using first-party and third-party data
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation and ROI maximization.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative and landing page experiences.
  • Stay current with platform updates, new advertising features, and industry best practices
  • Provide strategic recommendations for media mix optimization and budget reallocation.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Design and implement comprehensive tracking and measurement frameworks using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and other advanced analytics platforms
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis including attribution modelling, incrementality testing, and cross-channel impact assessment
  • Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions and data visualization tools for campaign analysis
  • Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign elements including creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, LTV, and other client-specific metrics
  • Develop automated reporting dashboards and alerts for real-time campaign monitoring

Client Partnership & Growth

  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights that drive client growth
  • Collaborate with account teams to identify upselling opportunities and expand media investment
  • Support new business development with competitive analysis, media audit insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities and present innovative media solutions to clients
