About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Media Executive to support our daily operations and marketing efforts.

This role combines general administrative duties with creative tasks such as content creation, video shooting/editing, and social media management.

You will play an important part in keeping operations smooth while also helping to grow our online presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and internal communications.
  • Media & Content Creation
  • Shoot and edit basic videos for marketing and social media purposes.
  • Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using tools like CapCut or similar apps.
  • Assist in simple graphic design, photography, and visual content editing when required.
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Support in writing captions, hashtags, and simple content calendars.
  • Track basic social media performance and provide feedback on content effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools).
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for administrative tasks.
  • Good communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Independent, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good to Have (Optional Skills)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, etc).
  • Experience in photography, video scripting, or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of business branding marketing and campaign is a plus.
