- Develop and expand new markets and customer segments neighbouring regions.
- Strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote and sell a range of industrial gearbox solutions to OEMs and end users across relevant industries.
- Identify customer requirements and provide both technical and commercial support to deliver effective solutions.
- Represent the company in a professional manner while maintaining effective communication with international stakeholders.
- Drive lead generation activities and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Champion the launch and adoption of new product offerings and value-added propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle in the assigned territory, from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers, ensuring competitive and value-driven proposals.
- Handle all sales administration tasks, including forecasting, pipeline and CRM management, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Manage customer escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and maintaining customer trust.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Geared Motor, Industrial Gear, & Coupling industry.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in using SalesForce and other business development tools.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel.
