Security GTM Activation ASEAN, India, ANZ Microsoft – The Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) team is a high‑growth, AI‑powered global sales team deeply connected to partners and driven by customer success. The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team translates Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into local execution plans, driving operational excellence and business impact at scale. Responsibilities Collaborate with Solution Play GTM Managers and Areas to drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays, identify growth opportunities, build execution plans, influence and coach field teams, sales operations, marketing plans, and change management to convert strategic priorities into local execution. Lead Sales Activation and champion solution plays, highly engaged signals, and activate connected sales and marketing execution across segments to maximize performance. Collaborate with GPS for local partner‑led marketing strategies and demand generation supporting solution play performance. Champion Microsoft strategy and Solution Areas, building industry presence. Advocate as the voice of Customer, Partners and Field, providing thought leadership on competitive landscape, solution area gaps, and sales trends to drive improvements on the GTM plan. Grow organizational capability to deliver insights, learnings, and blockers for leaders, managers, and sellers, driving standardized rhythms and tools that increase customer and partner facing time. Exemplify Microsoft Values, Culture, Leadership Principles and create clarity through shared understanding and clear action plans. Qualifications Required (RQs) 10+ years of marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre‑sales or related experience. OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications (PQs) 15+ years of marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre‑sales, or related work experience AND a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience. 10+ years managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio, driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
