Overview Join to apply for the Group Manager, Field Marketing (ASEAN) role at Datadog . Datadog is seeking a Group Marketing Manager, ASEAN to lead and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy aligned with our go-to-market plans. The role will develop, strategize and execute local field marketing programs in ASEAN that fuel growth for the local market. The incumbent will lead and mentor a small team and have hands-on experience to execute marketing events and demand generation campaigns. Datadog values office culture, collaboration, and creativity. We operate as a hybrid workplace to support work-life harmony. What You’ll Do Develop, strategize, and execute field marketing plans in ASEAN. Lead and mentor a team of talented field marketing managers. Collaborate with APJ marketing functions, including Marketing Operations, Sponsored Events, ABM, and PR. Create a comprehensive 360-degree ASEAN marketing strategy aligned with go-to-market (GTM) plans. Strategize and execute demand generation activities and activate digital campaigns at scale. Focus on demand generation with KPIs measured by MQL volume and pipeline contribution. Collaborate with various marketing teams to plan and execute owned (DASH, Datadog Summit, and Datadog Live) and sponsored partner events (e.g., Reinvent & AWS). Execute large-scale campaigns and monitor metrics such as pipe-to-spend ratio. Who You Are 8+ years of experience in a SaaS company with proven field marketing, demand generation, and campaign execution. Strong people management skills with experience leading a team. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. Data-driven with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance; experience with digital marketing and demand generation tactics. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
