Job responsibilities: Develop short and long‑term strategic plans to drive business growth. Monitor the GTM program's development and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Conduct comprehensive market research and competition analysis to identify new opportunities, risks, and emerging trends. Lead new market launches by executing entry strategies and managing the establishment of local teams. Serve as a thought leader and offer strategic counsel to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and fostering team alignment. Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred. 8-12 years of proven experience in strategy, consulting, or GTM roles, ideally within fintech, startups, or fast‑paced technology environments. Demonstrated success in designing and executing scalable GTM strategies, with hands‑on experience in launching new products, entering new markets, building and scaling businesses from the ground up. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at influencing stakeholders and fostering collaborative relationships.
