Business Development Lead (APAC) | Bearings We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Lead to spearhead our expansion in the region, with a strong focus on the steel mills sector. This is a high‑impact role where you'll combine your industry expertise, network, and technical know‑how to drive sales, build lasting partnerships, and open new market opportunities. If you're a proven dealmaker with bearings experience and the drive to shape growth across Asia Pacific, we'd love to hear from you. HK MNC Basic from $5,000 to $8,500 + AWS + VB Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm Location: Tanjong Pagar Responsibilities Drive bearings business growth in APAC, with focus on steel mills. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets. Identify and secure new customers through strong networks and prospecting. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and partners. Provide market insights on trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Support customers with technical knowledge on bearing specifications and applications. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value‑driven solutions. Requirements Min. 5 years of experience in the bearings industry with proven sales/business development record. Strong network within industrial customers, especially steel mills, across APAC.
