As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. How you create impact- Order Fulfilment : Accurately process and manage customer orders in SAP to support daily warehouse activities.
- Customer Liaison : Serve as the key contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Documentation Management : Handle inbound and outbound documentation efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Process Compliance : Ensure all customer service activities comply with SOPs, SLAs, and regulatory standards.
- Inventory Coordination : Support regular cycle counts, stock accuracy reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
- Value-Added Services : Coordinate repacking, relabeling, and other client-specific instructions with operational teams.
- Safety & Quality Assurance : Follow and promote strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, ideally within contract logistics or supply chain.
- Must have working knowledge of SAP (Order processing, inventory transactions, documentation).
- Familiar with warehouse operations and WMS is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
