Mission of the Position

Lead and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and align with business objectives. Oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring high standards in quality, content, and brand adherence. Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research for effective SEO and SEM campaigns. Manage budgets, provide data-driven insights, and enhance digital touchpoints for better customer experience and conversion rates. Stay updated on trends, collaborate with creative teams, and ensure technical standards support high-frequency campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Development:

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution and production scheduling for digital marketing initiatives.

Develop and align comprehensive digital marketing strategies with overarching business objectives.

Drive digital marketing strategies that result in significant revenue growth

Optimize digital touchpoints to enhance customer experience

Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies

Identify and resolve issues related to advertising strategies and campaign performance

2. Campaign Management:

Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

Lead the conceptualisation and production of compelling ad content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia elements.

Ensure quality assurance testing on all campaigns to maintain high standards in grammar, links, tracking parameters, imagery, landing pages, subject lines, and segmentation.

Plan and develop high-volume email campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring a holistic marketing approach.

Ensure advertising materials adhere to brand and legal guidelines.

3. SEO/SEM Specialist:

Conduct keyword research to build high-performance ad campaigns.

Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search visibility.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Utilize insights from competitor analysis to refine and create strategy to improve own SEO and SEM tactics.

Develop and optimize google ads and facebook ads campaigns.

4. Technical Oversight:

Oversee technical processes and activities required to support high-frequency digital marketing campaigns.

Ensure adherence to standards and procedures for all aspects of campaign development.

5. Budget and Conversion Management:

Manage digital advertising budget for efficient resource allocation.

Report, analyze metrics, monitor campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI

Enhance website and landing page performance to augment conversion rates and optimize user experience

6. Digital Customer Growth and CPL Management:

Streamline digital platforms with technologies to enhance customer experience and drive growth.

Implement and manage a CPL model with a focus on achieving cost-effective lead generation and high conversion rates.

7. Innovation and Best Practices:

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Evolve digital marketing best practices to drive creative excellence across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.

Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop best-in-class digital content that enhances the brand's leadership position in the industry.

Hiring Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising, including SEM and SEO campaigns.

Experience in the retail industry preferred.

Strong understanding, proficiency, and analytical skills of digital advertising principles and practices.

Proven track record managing successful google ads and SEM campaigns, translating business priorities into impactful marketing and merchandising stories.

Outstanding analytical and numerical proficiency; proficient in site analytics tools and comfortable working with data sets to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative advertising ideas.

Exceptional problem-solving ability, with a demonstrated track record of developing creative solutions and showing resourcefulness.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
